1. This offer is only valid to depositing players making their FIRST deposit at Fair Poker.
2. The First Deposit Bonus is released to players as they earn Fair Poker Coins at ring games and tournaments. For more information about Fair Poker Coins and where to view them as you play, have a look in the My Account section of Fair Poker, Click here.
3. At ring games, Coins are awarded to players for each hand in which they participate, as long as the hand is raked, no matter whether the player contributed to the pot by placing a blind or a bet, or whether the player folded. Coins are also awarded based on the fees paid by the player when buying-in to a tournament.
4. Coins are awarded according to the rake taken at ring games as listed in the following table:
Rake Taken Per Hand No. of Coins for each participating hand
$0.25 to $0.50 = 1 Coin
$0.51 to $1.00 = 2 Coins
$1.01 to $1.50 = 4 Coins
$1.51 to $2.00 = 6 Coins
$2.01 to $3.00 (maximum rake) = 8 Coins
5. Clarification: Rake taken refers to the rake generated at a table in a ring game by all the players during that hand, and not by any individual player.
6. At tournaments, 20 Coins are awarded for every $1 in fees paid by the player:

10. Bonuses are released to players according to the number of Coins a player has earned:
Coins Bonus
Example: For every 500 Coins a player earns, a $10 bonus will be issued. A player who has earned 450 Coins will need to earn another 50 Coins to receive a bonus payment.
11. The maximum first deposit bonus is $500. Players who deposit in GBP or EUR will receive their bonuses according to the maximum USD amount, converted automatically into their own currencies.
12. Bonus money will be released to a player's account automatically as they earn Coins. Players can check the "My Account" page of the Fair Poker Lobby to see their pending Bonus Balance and their Coin Balance.
13. Players will continue to accumulate Coins as they play, and further releases of bonuses will be made automatically.
14. Fair Coins are non-redeemable for cash or for use in any other promotion unless stipulated by Fair Poker.
15. Players qualifying for this offer have three months to accumulate the necessary Coins entitling them to their 50% First Deposit Bonus up to $500.
16. Fair Poker reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.

Rake policy
Fair Poker takes a rake only on tables of $0.25/0.50 and over, they operate a "No flop no drop" policy and they take $0.05 in a dollar up to a max of $3, (they start taking rake after the pot reaches $1). Visit the FairPoker website for any bonus updates!

Fair Poker: How easy is it to make money here?
The typical Fair Poker player is loose and passive-aggressive, although the looseness will decrease once you climb the stakes. Nevertheless, you will find a lot of fish at these tables and sometimes also very loose games at $3/$6 stakes. Many fish win the freeroll and then proceed to lose the money quickly in the ring games. While it's not as fish crazy as PartyPoker, you will find a nice balance of players.
